Leading an awesone lives!

Just last weekend, I lost a close badminton friend, Sebastian Loo, to a heart attack.
Sebastian is our badminton regular who came and play at our regular badminton practice session every Wednesday at Fengshan Community Club.
Sebastian is always high-spirited, cheerful.
When I first form the badminton club about 3 months back, the idea is to get a group of badminton enthusiasts like Sebastian and the likes to exercise, socialize and have fun.
Sebastian is one of my veteran player and in fact, I have already earmarked him to play for Fengshan in our veteran pair in the coming Kg Chai Chee badminton tournament as well as the upcoming ICG.
His demise indeed caught all of us by surprise.
It was in the wake that I came to know he has a medical history of high cholesterol and high blood pressure. In thinking that he can get away from him ailment by just having regular badminton session at Sembawang as well as Fengshan, he decided against taking the medication on time and on schedule.

His passions for the sports, his cheerful disposition and his actions will sorely be missed.

Sebastian is an awesome individual. Just this morning, I came across this TEDx talk that resonate my feelings to deeply with I have felt throughout the week.
